This place serves up a mean 'Genghis Khan'. One of Hokkaido's best-known dishes, 'Genghis Khan' consists of lamb meat and vegetables, cooked on a special type of iron plate. In Tokyo, only lamb meat which is raw and which, moreover, is less than one year old at the time of slaughter, is used for this dish. The lamb is grilled on the iron plate, giving off both a sound and a savoury aroma, before being dipped in a specially-made sauce and eaten. Both the meat, oozing with meat juices, and the vegetables flavored with those meat juices taste simply incredible. The highest quality lamb loin steak, rarely found in Genghis Khan, is a taste sensation when eaten with wasabi - you will feel as if your mouth is overflowing with the wonderful fragrance and juiciness of lamb meat. Even for those who are don't consider themselves huge fans of lamb meat, this place could well become a habit.
