As indicated by the name of the restaurant, this Izakaya utilizes "Koji" to prepare smoked dishes. The potato salad is smoked, rich, and full of body. Chicken innards marinated in vinegar and served with white radish is a popular dish here. As well as horse sashimi. The signature dish here is charcoal grilled chicken meat marinated with koji of course. What is surprising is not only the amount of volume in this plate, but the concentration of "umami", which goes wonderfully with Japanese sake. Even though this restaurant is located in Kanda, where one can enjoy charcoal grilled meat in a quiet location.
